How it works

From a link you paste to a viewing in the diary.

rltrs is one flow, sized to whoever is using it. A single agent lists one apartment. A developer lists a tower with six hundred units, five payment plans and a sales team. The steps are identical.

Step 1

Add the listing

Three questions, then the data fills itself in.

  • 01Choose what you're doing — selling or renting — then whether it's a single property or a development with many units.
  • 02Paste a Property Finder or portal link and we pull the title, price, bedrooms, size, community, description, permit details and photos.
  • 03Or drop a brochure PDF, a price list in Excel or CSV, or fill the form in yourself. Everything is shown for review before it goes live.
  • 04For developments: unit types, availability, payment plans, floor plans and a media gallery, editable row by row.

Step 2

Publish the buyer page

A property page that stands on its own link.

  • 01Photo mosaic, a price panel that stays with the buyer as they scroll, and all the facts: size, bedrooms, service charge, handover, reference and permit.
  • 02Real map of the location, plus nearby comparable properties with their prices and price per square foot.
  • 03Market context — what similar homes in the community actually sell for, and where this one sits.
  • 04Units, payment plans, floor plans and the brochure, all downloadable.
  • 05Automatic translation for the buyer's language, including full right-to-left Arabic.

Step 3

Let the agent talk

A voice conversation, not a contact form.

  • 01The buyer taps once and speaks to your agent in the browser — no phone number, no app, no waiting.
  • 02It explains the property, handles objections, and answers only from the material you gave it.
  • 03As it talks it shows things: photos with commentary, nearby schools and amenities, drive times to key places on a map.
  • 04Buyers who prefer typing get the same conversation in text.
  • 05Behind the scenes it records answers, scores the buyer and writes the lead — none of which the buyer ever sees.

Step 4

Book and follow up

The viewing is in the calendar before the call ends.

  • 01The agent offers genuine open times from your team's working hours and books one, re-checking for clashes first.
  • 02Confirmation names the salesperson who'll meet them, and the booking appears on the listing calendar.
  • 03The lead lands on the board with its stage, score, answers, notes and one-tap call or WhatsApp.
  • 04Move it through your pipeline, reassign it, or let the agent keep the conversation going.

Everything else

The rest of the console, built around the same listing.

Training data

Upload PDFs, Word documents, presentations or a web address and the agent learns them. Attach material to one listing or share it across the whole company.

Team & availability

Invite colleagues by email, set who owns what, and give each salesperson working hours so the agent knows when they can show a property.

Leads board

Every listing has its own board: filters, stages, assignment, notes, recorded answers and viewings in one drawer.

Calendar

Weekly viewing slots per listing, clash detection and manual booking when you want to arrange something yourself.

Marketing & ads

Ad creative generated from the property's own photos in square and landscape, ready for Meta and Google. Delete anything you don't like.

Video

Generate a short social video instantly, or order a produced film from our team and pay by card.

Analytics

Response times, lead sources, conversion by listing and by person, and which properties are actually moving.

Share anywhere

A buyer link for portals and WhatsApp, a QR code for boards and signage, and an embed for your own website — all attributed.

Languages

Nine languages across buyer pages, the conversation and the booking screens, with proper right-to-left layout for Arabic.

Add your first listing and see the buyer page it produces.
